A gala, a premiere, a product launch, a fashion show, a private party or a ceremony: how your guests get there is part of the event. Each one needs to arrive on time, at the right entrance, and leave whenever they’re ready.
We plan the transportation with you ahead of time: guest list, arrival times, pickup addresses, number of vehicles. On the day, a single point of contact oversees every ride.

Request my quoteGuests don’t all arrive at once: a speaker needs to be there before doors open, an artist right before their set, an executive in time for their remarks. Each pickup is timed from your run of show, with traffic and venue access factored in.
Hotel, home, airport or train station: the driver picks up each guest at the address you give us, with a name sign on request.
Events usually call for several vehicles on the road at the same time. Business (Mercedes E-Class, up to 3 passengers), Van (V-Class, up to 8 passengers) or First (S-Class or Maybach, up to 2 passengers): each guest or small group gets the right car.
To move a production crew or a larger group of guests, a luxury Sprinter or a coach can be added on request, subject to availability.
With hourly hire, the driver waits on site throughout the event. Your guests leave whenever they choose, with no waiting for a car at the end of the night.
Late rides back to the hotel, home or airport are planned in the quote, along with transfers between venues on the same evening (cocktails, dinner, after-party).
Our drivers stay discreet about who they drive, when and where. For guests flying in from abroad, a guide can be added on request for a tour of Paris before or after the event.
Yes. Each pickup is scheduled from your run of show. Send us the guest list, addresses and preferred times, and we’ll assign the rides across the vehicles.
Yes, with hourly hire (3-hour minimum). The driver stays on site and takes your guests home whenever they’re ready.
