A luxury shuttle is private ground transportation that runs on your schedule, not a fixed timetable. Staggered airport arrivals, round trips between the hotel and a trade show, the ride home after a gala: the vehicles leave when your guests are ready.
We run these shuttles for companies, event agencies, weddings and families, with one or several vehicles and a single point of contact.

Request my quoteAt Paris-CDG, Orly or Le Bourget, the driver greets your guests with a name sign on request and takes them to their hotel. Share the flight numbers: pickup times follow actual arrivals.
For a single executive or a guest of honor, a VIP transfer in an S-Class or Maybach can round out the setup.
For a corporate retreat, a convention, a gala or a wedding, we set up rotations between the hotels and the venue, on the times you choose. Several vehicles can run at once so the group arrives together.

The Mercedes V-Class van seats up to 8 passengers and is the backbone of most shuttles. For larger groups, a luxury Sprinter or a coach can be provided on request, subject to availability.
Business sedans (E-Class, up to 3 passengers) and First sedans (S-Class or Maybach, up to 2 passengers) complete the fleet for speakers, the bride and groom, or guests of honor.
Schedules are set with you ahead of time, based on traffic and access to the venue. Drivers are in uniform and stay discreet about your guests and your program.
Our shuttles are private: the vehicle and driver are dedicated to your guests and follow your schedule, with no other passengers and no unplanned stops.
A V-Class van seats up to 8 passengers, and several vans can travel together. For larger groups, a luxury Sprinter or a coach is available on request, subject to availability.
It depends on the number of vehicles, the routes and the duration. You receive a firm price with your quote. As a guide, hourly hire starts at €80/h (Business and Van), with a 3-hour minimum.
